    2011 721 Value???

Looking at getting a new Phoenix with the Merc 4 Stroke, but need to move my current ride. I checked NADA, but have a hard time believing AVERAGE value for a 2011 is over $35k. One dealer said 'sight unseen, 25-30k'. Your thoughts?

    2014 Mercury 250 ProXS
2011 Phoenix 721 Pro XP, 10" Atlas Hyd JP w/JP gage, Hot foot, Wheel trim for motor and JP, 4x charger, 101 Fortrex, Hbird 1157 and Hbird 1198SI, Hydrowave, cover, 4x 29/31 series batteries, Aluminum battery trays, (2) 8' Power Poles (Pro Series), Probably some stuff I've forgot.

Clean but not perfect, runs good.

I've got a 2010 with a few newer items than yours (Blade PP, Dual HDS 9 Gen 2 Touch, MK 112 Fortrex) and if I were to sell it today, I'd start at $35K and go from there and that's with a 2010 motor. You can't ask for more money if you post it too low (lots of inquires will tell you if it's too low.) I think with used boat prices these days there's a market for $30-35K boats and our boats hit that mark IMO. Most are in the $40-50K range that are worth anything.

I have a 2010 721 with Mercury 250 change out electronics to Humminbird helix 9's also has ultrex 112 with I-pilot link, I am putting mine up for sale in the end of October.
I'm going to price it at $32,000 and see what happens.

Talked to a dealer today... Said if I listed at $31,500 I would have more calls than I could handle. Thought 35 was good starting point.
