    Question Falls lake?

    My dad and I were thinking of comin to falls next weekend but I wanted to see how Florence effected it? Has anybody been lately? Should the lake be good by next weekend if it was effected?

    I’m curious if the ramps are even open at this point????
    I thought I saw it was 7 foot above full pool.

    Went over the I 85 bridge yesterday it looked to be a bit high and clearing very nicely.

    I drove by Bartons today. Water was over top of the ramps about up to the bottom of the yellow poles at the top of the ramp. The 2 outer lanes closed off. Colorwise water looked about normal.

    I mainly went trying out my new trolling motor cable but fished for a couple of hours and it surprised me how tough it was. Couldn’t get a dink to bite. Maybe since they’re starting to pull water it’ll pickup

    fished yesterday and water was at same level as a week ago, no visible difference, other than the fact I managed 2 decent fish...wahoo!

    Tough weekend for dad and I. Caught a few fish each day and nothing picture worthy. You could tell where the water was up in the trees. It looked like it was 4+ ft up at one time
