    Mercury hub damaged

I have a 2011 250 pro xs running a 26 fury. I just happened to touch my prop yesterday while moving the boat and noticed it was loose. I have 2 fury 26 props and had changed one out for the other to see if one ran better than the other a couple weeks prior to me finding this so I just thought i hadnt torqued the nut down properly and decided to take it off because th other prop actually ran 1 mph faster. When i removed it my hub was broken. Thankfully I hadnt ran it very much or hard like this. Have you guys seen this before? I looks like the welds just broke. Also what is the torque spec on this style hub? When I look it up it shows 55lbs but my dealer is telling me 90lbs. I torqued it to 60 when I swaped props cause I was afraid 90 would be to much.

It's happened before. 55lbs is the right torque

55 lb/ft. IS the correct torque. Dealer is dead wrong.
