I ordered mine in May--still no word of when it will be in. I am hearing for those who just recently ordered, it may be next Spring--but then again, I was supposed to have mine in July!

Ordered ours April 16th & still waiting. I'm assuming you're in for a 6+ month wait. I have the exact same boat so I'll definitely post how it runs

They probably already had something ordered.

Your selling dealer would be the one to answer that question, as they have access to the "target date" information that was provided when they ordered the engine.

    Likely well into 2019.

We ordered a new Bennington pontoon on 6/19/18 with the Fourstroke 200hp V6. The boat arrived at the dealer a couple weeks ago, but with no motor. Mercury set a new (delayed) shipping date of 9/21/18, but they missed it also. We are now waiting for Mercury to give us a third shipping date. I was hoping since the V6 Fourstrokes have been out longer Mercury might be more caught up on producing them.
I wonder if all of the V6's and V8's are built in the same plant.

Baja, both V6 and V8 are built in the main plant in Fond Du Lac, WI.

I ordered a 175 Pro XS in April and was told September 25th, then it was moved to Nov. 12th.

I'm not holding my breath on this date either.

It would be good to get it on the boat- unfortunately I likely won't be getting it out for break-in until next Spring.

Mine was part of a large dealer order, so not sure if that sped mine up. Don't be surprised if it ships any day now. Also, I asked to cancel my order when I was told the day moved way back...again. All of sudden it will be here tomorrow.

    Hang in there.

Ok I was wandering what kind of mercury monitor i would need for this motor. I have a analog tach but would like something that shows engine temp, rpms and hours? And would it just plug in the same way the old tach does?
