    seen worse,make sure boxes are spaced and not touching terminals when mounted,grnd the gray, set at 23 max

    New boxes will be here Friday...timing running and wot throttle sits at 19 now( unhooked butter fly throttle linkage and opened)i grounded the gray/black strip to ground....Thanks.

    Di have something strange happen yesterday while checking charging system, trimmed motor all the way down and exhaust started smoking really bad for a few minutes then cleared out, never seen that happen before.

    Put new switch boxes on it runs better except for when i trim motor down it loads up.

    How much clearance should the between cam roller and throttle cam..i know on carbed they suppose to just touch but this efi has a lot more.

    Diaphragm pump had parts missing in it boost spring and plastic disk was missing...motor had a lean sneeze to it ..

    roller should just touch, align mark on roller with mark on cam, no bind when wot,remember what I said about certified , might better check bleed system and for broke reeds if it still seems rich when tilted down could be dumping fuel back in mtr that's loaded in front, gone for VACATION bow season here, good luck BRUCE

    pulled flapper out of vst bottom fitting as it was swelled up and soft and mushy..could of been restricting fuel flow...

    We believe that the ECU we took out was not the correct one for the motor... numbers on the tag on ECU did not match up for that motor.
