LUND, What model did I see????

I was at an intersection, and passing in front of me at a slow speed was
a very low sidewall LUND. It was an older boat, the paint was faded.
The length I couldn't call, maybe a 17 or 18, but what I did see was the
pad like that is on the ProV. I wasnt aware such a Lund model existed.
    Anyone know??? LDS

Might have been an old ProV Bass from the 90's

If it wouldn't have made me late to the dentist, I would have like to have taken a closer look at that boat.
Didn't know such an animal existed. Was it an 18ft or were there variations?? LDS

Yes, there was an 1790 variant. It was very similar to the new Pro-V Bass models but there were not a lot of them made. Extremely rare boat. If I ever see one for sale it will be mine. It was the first of its kind as far as I can remember. Soon after Lund brought that out, Alumacraft brought out their Phantoms in the mid 90's and they were very similar but not quite as big as the Lund, 17' something if I remember correctly. Another great boat but the layout is not quite as nice in my opinion. The Alumacraft Phantoms sold a lot better than the Lund Bass and so they are much easier to find. That old Lund though, needle in the haystack.
