Pantera 2 passenger console removal difficulty?

2010 Pantera 2 how hard is it to remove the passenger console? Just looking at potential boats

Will be a total of 6 bolts and nuts. 3 bolts thru the fwd/bottom of the console. The bolts/nuts will be accessible in the rod locker.
3 bolts/nuts on the L/H bottom of console. These bolts/nuts will be accessible thru a hole in the side of the hull. The hole will be covered by a round black panel with 4 screws.
Remove the panel and will allow access to the hardware.
Should come off easy after hardware removed. Will probably have to clean off silicone used during installation.
Fill holes with the plastic automotive interior plugs.
