stock moves from OTCQX to a US market?QX
Aurora Cannabis is currently traded on the OTCQX international. The company is looking at an IPO on the US Exchange some time in OCT this year. If I buy shares now on the OTCQX international, what happens to those shares if the IPO is approved? Do those shares move over to the US Market or will I need to sell them on the OTC and buy them in the US Market? Thanks!

Read somewhere that people said it would automatically switch over, but I don't know how that all works so don't take my word for it. Just what I read on a forum.

I called the brokerage house today for an answer. Basically when (if) the IPO comes out I'll receive notification of the IPO. With that notification there will be options for me to pick from on what I want to do with the shares. Each IPO is different in regards to owning shares purchased as OTC shares. Now I just need to decide to buy now or wait for and if the company has the IPO. Thanks for taking time to respond.
