    Best tackle shops around Nashville?

What's going on everybody? My family and I are in the process of moving to the Nashville area. We are looking to live over in Lebanon/ Wilson county, at least for now. Going to be renting until we can fully scope out the area. I am up here now, starting work on Friday, and will move the wife and kids up in the next couple of weeks.

Like the title says, I'm trying to find the best tackle shops up here. I'm staying with a buddy of mine right now and since the fam isn't here right now, I will have some free time when I'm not working.

So let me hear some suggestions....

Flippers was good, but it has been a while. Murfreesboro outdoors was excellent, but appear to be heading down hill to me.

I have family in Lebanon and when I visit them I always make a trip over to Flippers in Gallatin . It's on the river just after you cross the bridge on hwy. 109 then take the second road to the right. I think it's Odoms Bend Rd.

Haven't been there, but Starkey's Bait and Tackle just of I40 East and Bell Rd gets a lot of positive reviews.

Went to flippers for first time today while in Nashville. Spent $200 plus. Pretty good store if you ask me

It looks as though Murfreesboro Outdoors is going out, I was in there yesterday and it is almost cleaned out. No plastics or crankbaits of any kind left. Just a few jigs and some lead heads and a few bullets for pistols and a few hunting things was all that was left.

I can't add anything that anyone else hasn't already mentioned, but just wanted to say welcome to the area. We've lived in Lebanon 6 years and like it a lot.
