Screen goes nuts when TM in on

So whenever dropshotting under the boat and im looking at my screen and hit the trolling motor my screen goes nuts, is there a way to fix it?

Are you using the sonar that is mounted into your trolling motor or using a transducer attached to the trolling motor? I have found the ones that are in the trolling motor head are a pain and go wacko when you are using the trolling motor.

Check fuse in top of the head on trolling motor. It probably blown
