    Having been thru this almost 2" thick manual and flagging lots of pages, I would suggest anyone with some mechanical abilities obtain one. While the end users don't have allot of hours on the new V8's yet and everyone is well inside the warranty periods, this manual does provide allot of insight into the operating aspects of the engine.

    I had a CD version and printed manual for the Opti. The printed manual was the only one that every got used. Old school I guess. I like flagging pages for future ref. and highlighting stuff that I feel is important to me.

    Mercury does NOT offer digital engine repair manuals (print versions only). Any you find are very likely bootleg (copyright infringement).
