Couple days ago I slow cooked two 4 lb chuck roast with veggies. We had that for dinner the other night, I took some roast, taters, roasted carrots and fresh green beans to my 95 year old aunt for lunch the other Day. That left a chunk of roast ------- a hour ago I started Beef and Noodles for dinner tonight.
I love egg noodles-------- the calories and the carbs are a killer tho.
