Next spot down the line is pre-finish and carpet! This is where the boats receive their fuel tanks, rub rails and transom trim are installed, deck lid trim, the wiring harness, and they carpet the decks and cockpit floors.
I failed to mention earlier in this thread, as many times that I have been through this plant I have never before seen so many quality control inspections of the boats. Inspectors are EVERYWHERE. When the hulls and decks are first pulled from the molds, after seal and keel, and on down in the finish room they are inspected after every step and and all necessary corrections or repairs are made before the boat moves another inch. I honestly do not know the total number of inspections these boats get during the build process, but it is a LOT. This is truly great to see.
