    asian carp question

    Do they school up on the surface? I have always seen individuals. Near barkley dam this morning, about 3 dozen big fish broke the surface in a tight group.

    When you say broke the surface did a bird fly over or a loud noise that made them spook. Normally when they spook it sounds like a lot of toilets flush.

    Not this time. Only about 15 yards from the boat. Threw a trap at them but nothing.

    On Kentucky lake they school up on the surface all the way to the bottom and from one side of the bay to the other.
