I wouldn’t mind living in a circle if it means no winter.

This seems to be the summer that won’t end, it feels like July around here. I’m ready for a frost.

I hope the farmers are getting more than just a bean. One bean a growing season won't go far paying bills.

Really the only crappy part about winter is the fact that it's only daylight for like 8 hrs a day. And those would be the hours I have to work.
I am ready to sit in the shack though and pound some jumbo perch.......

Fall for us is usually cool days with some nice crisp mornings and then it warms up to short pants weather again. We get most of our really cold weather in Jan/Feb and then it’s rare to have it for more than 3 or more days. Fronts usually come thru on Friday nights before a Saturday tourney.

I like it hot. Thankfully it stays that way for 9 months out of the year. No more cold for me.

    Yuuuuuup here too!

Weatherman said tonight that HOPEFULLY by the end of NEXT WEEK we might see it getting back into the low 80's upper 70's.

I know since my back surgery in June we've not been fishing since the last week in May. Couldn't go at ALL till the last 3 weeks, and it's just been to darned hot to consider it!

OTOH, I finally unwrapped the boat today. Built a new 24'x31' shop with a 26'x19' lean-to in the back yard this week. She's a beaut!
Can't wait to fish ALL winter. (Well, except for that 1 or 2 times in Feb~March when we get ice!)

Good! Way too much heat and humidity this summer. Bring on October and hunting season.

I am not anxious to see winter at all. I love fishing and golfing in the fall, but I hate what follows. This summer has been terrible up here. A lot of 90 degree day’s, plus a lot of windy, rainy day’s.
