Having trouble with starting after shutting down. Have installed new plugs and motor runs great while on plane. If motor starts and dies i have to wait a while to restart. Any ideas?

Have owned the boat for 3 years. The problem started about a month ago. Just got the boat back from shop yesterday. They installed new plugs and could not find anything wrong.
