IMAG3837.jpg once you get the hub off you will see this key way it just sits in there with gravity until you slide the new hub on.

here is the new wheel hub you see the three notches to the left of the center hub screw. you slide it right over the key way.

here is the wheel pulley make sure you swap out the screws with one that fits the front of your old steering wheel. take one of the old screws of the steering wheel take it to ace hardware and ask them to get you the longer screws but the same thread type. the black ones are really hard tempered per the ace hardware guy.

My jack operates fine but I’m thinking maybe the mount is worn out? It has way too much slop when I lift the boat it sit at an angle.

so in this pic I purposly left a half inch gap between the fender and the trailer bc when i took my old fender off i noticed that is where a lot of rust was bc it could not dry out so i left a little gap to dry out and the fender boards oare up an inch off the trailer as well so they dont rest on the trailer and create a rust situation, just my thoughts on it.

wow i can see how dirty this is i guess i know what im doing this weekend, but i had to cut off that little piece on the bracket that holds the buckels bc they were rusted pretty good and i needed to get rid of rust so i put on these brackets and now my buckels are removable now and they don get rusty from dipping in and out of the water.

Here is
I think the one downside to the raptor liner is I may not be able to get new ranger trail decals for it. I dont think they will stick to it bc not enough sur to get a full stick
sorry i had to post pics one at a time but my phone wont let me do several pics at a time.
this trailer was full of rust as you can see from the beginnig i had two bags of rusty metal I pulled off this trailer.

Great job there man. I have a 2003 521vx NASCAR limited edition and have been doing a little on it myself since i retired. You did the right thing on leaving that gap between the fender panels and the main trailer beam. Mine were in dire condition when i decided to replace them myself this year and saw a few things i was gonna change. I also replaced the bunk board brackets with 1/4" aluminum ones also. When i cleaned the trailer i also noticed the trailer I beams that run side to side with the dip in them had no where for the water to go and that is why they were rusted pretty bad. Cleaned them up, drilled a 1/4" hole clean thru those beams in the lowest spots so the water would not puddle in them. Got to get me some of that gatorskinz stuff and replace the stuff to step on in every spot. You are doing a great job!!
Thanks for the comments dwmgg17 appreciate it. I had to replace my trailer bunk brackets and went with galvanized ones i got from west marine. they seem to be working fine and no rust thank the lord. I took a long time to do all of it and Im glad I did. The trailer rides beutifully too, got new brakes, and it feels good when slowing down you dont get that push then a pull as you pull off. As for the gap between the fenders and trailer I look under there when i get home from fishing and its bone dry now. so no rust formation so far which gives me piece of mind.
