She’s awesome , took care of me as well and I have nothing but great things to say about Megabass warranty.
She is a gem.....always ready to help and she is always super friendly. She is a true asset to MB and when I take a CS issue to her she always gets it handled quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer. The way she is to customers is the exact same way she is behind the scenes to us.
I've been working with Catherine for many years now. She's a class act indeed and an asset to Megabass of America, their customers, and their dealers.
