    Trailer tongue height?

I’m getting ready to drive to Phoenix to pick up my 1980 in a couple weeks. I need to buy a drop hitch but don’t know the trailer tongue height. Can someone that has their boat already give me a tongue height with the trailer sitting level. Thanks

16 inches from ground to base of ball will work on 1080

When you pick up your 1980 there will be a diagram pic on trailer jack showing the 16 inch from ground to base of ball

Thanks. That’s what I was wondering. Now I can get the correct drop hitch for my truck’s height.

Lol, I’m sure your day will come. I have been boatless for 4 years, so it will be nice to be able to get on the water again. Of course pictures will get posted.

Take some steering blocks with you to keep motor straight.

I will probably just buy those from the dealership.
