I like Griot's Garage 3 in 1 Leather care.

I’ve used Lexol Cleaner and Lexol Conditioner on every vehicle I’ve ever owned with excellent results. If you want to spend the coin try Leather Honey. But, Lexol is fairly cheap, and does the job intended.

303 works good on upholstery. It has UV inhibitors and isn't greasy.
How about a cheap dashboard (maybe vinyl-2005 envoy)that has only been cleaned with water and paper towels or cotton towels or years. I see crud or water drops baked into the top dash that goes to the windshield. Should I use mr erarser, other cleaner etc ? Sorry if I hijacked your post but they are the same.
Lucas slick mist interior is by far the best iv tried. Just noticed a couple months ago. Says new formula, so not sure how it used to be. Works awesome on all interior surfaces.
Not greasy like others. Look nice a clean.

http://www.zainostore.com/product/Z-10.html this stuff is the best you will find. I have tried it all and this is what you want. Lexol is a phenomenal product and Zaino will knock it’s teeth out! There is a leather cleaner you use first to remove dirt and oil which is just a spray on and wipe off and then you use this conditioner. The leather will look like it was just put on the seats, no gloss, no shine, just rich leather. By the way all the products are out of this world. The was is so easy to use and will the paint looking like a mirror, good luck.
For the leather, I have had good luck with Armor all leather care.
The very best product isn't available any longer ---- Amway Leather and vinyl cleaner and conditioner.
This is the best cleaner and conditioner today.
Than 303 for UV

The only thing I will use on my leather is Adams products. I use the leather and interior cleaner and then apply the conditioner. And it smells great.
All of their products are good, but can get pricey.
Murphys oil soap mixed with water in a spray bottle is what I've always used.
Any non-caustic cleaner is ok to use on leather. I prefer Ardex OK Green New Wave. Mild alkaline is ok, and can be diluted to your liking. Then I'll follow up with Ardex Leather Perfect.
I've been using Ardex products for decades. I've never had cracked, faded or dry leather in any of my vehicles.
I've been using these and they seem to work very well, not slick at all
