    The Bills or any NFL team can just cut these guys at anytime and end their employment. If he felt he was done so be it. Pro sports is a buisness, he doesn't owe anybody anything. I've seen guys get in arguments and quit or even go to lunch and never comeback and those companies are still in buisness.
