Get a burger at New Pass grill. It's a little dive take out place on the water. One of the best burgers I've ever had. It's a little north of siesta close to Lido key.

Great place. Salty Dog right next door.
Try Columbia in St Armands circle as well.
Fish the point at Lido County Park-catch anything that goes by on the tide.

I took out a guide on Saturday and caught a few Snook, Reds and blues on artificials in the Siesta Key/ICW area. It's a tough go compared to before the Red Tide but they are still there....If you are a bass fisherman and can walk a Spook or skip a dock it should be right up your alley. When you hook a Red or big Snook under a dock it is what you call "a Situation"....

Matt Davie of Inshore Addict Charters knows that area like the back of his hand and worked his you know what off to make sure I caught them. (941) 232-9351

IF you get to St peach beach hit the shake shop and get a coconut or pina colada shake. Amazing! All St John pass has a nice 4 hour fishing outing for little ones and wife. We caught a bunch of Mangroves snapper then had them cooked right at the restaurant for $5 with sides and a drink.
