    Question for the rod builders on Blanks

    Which blanks do you all prefer out of these 2 Rainshadow or MHX

    wanting to build a few rods for myself and its been a while since I have done one. so I'm looking for opinions on which blanks you all prefer

    I have used both. If I had to choose one over the other, I would go with the Rainshadow.

    Rainshadow, BUT MHX will have more of a selection. i have built and use both. They are both very capable blanks

    Without hesitation, Rainshadow. Their quality is IMO leaps and bounds ahead of MHX. If you are looking to build yourself a flipping and pitching rod, the Immortal IMMC72MH from Rainshadow is a phenomenal blank.
