I've got a newly trashed lower unit off a 2005 250 HPDI. Drive shaft, prop shaft, and case are good but gears are done. I'm weighing the options of getting this one repaired vs buying a used/reman lower unit. I'm sure a lot of people have been through this and I was wondering what decision you made and if you were happy with it?
Also, if someone has a spare HPDI lower unit in their garage they want to part with just let me know haha.
