Could be, if the battery is defective or underpowered. Many, many owners of new/current bass boats have found that only a 31 series AGM will last all day in a tournament setting.

Even a new battery can go dead if you are not charging when running. Maybe check that.

I drained a 31 series agm on my 521 after fishing all day. I had livewells on early in the morning and had both carbons running. I did not fire the big motor up until 2 pm since I was on fish. Now I put my 16 in standby and have not had any problems.
