Hey guys wanted to replace the oil in my single axle hubs but I noticed there’s no threaded fitting to drain the oil????
Gonna try a pic here.
It looks like one sealed unit??
Yes, those are sealed units. They are UFP Vault hubs. UFP recommends that you don't touch them for 10 years unless the inner seal is leaking or the bearings feel rough.

That’s what I did. Mark shaft then pull one bolt and replace then torque. 5 year warranty and the price isn’t bad from Ranger. Very simple process

The hub (the part with the sight glass) gets knocked off and then you can adjust the bearings and regrease them when needed. No need to replace the whole assembly.

Knock it off with a piece of wood. Tap it all the way around. It'll pop off. If there is a seal under the cap you'd be foolish not to change it when disassembling. BUT, don't touch for 10 years. So many issues arise from doing unnecessary maintenance.
