I was installing livescope on my boat today and realized I didn’t recieve a split collar connector for the power cord. I am at a lost for words why Garmin decided to have some wires have collars and some don’t. I will be calling customer service to see if they will send me one. Livescope is seriously sweet though !!

Mine was in a little plastic bag. Could of easily been thrown away with the packing.
I installed mine on the connector and checked that is was snapped together good. Used one trip and it is no longer on the connector.
I change my setup around so much, they get loose and won't tighen up. So I wrap a small cable tie around them. Make them snug right up.
My wife asks if I'm going to fish every day. I can't fish every day. Some days I might be sick.
