    Motor weight for 2003 225 EFI

    does anyone have any spec sheet on a 2003 Merc 225 EFI
    I'm needing the weight of the motor and cant find it anywhere

    Google shows an 01 as 479 lb.

    That's probably a 3L model... a couple forums down. Be sure to provide the serial number as Mercury doesn't use "years".
