Sorry, but my Tennessee architect friends only do commercial work for big Nashville firms--or retired.
I do have an architect buddy in Dallas doing residential. He starts at 10,000 square foot homes. Last time we were together, he was designing a 28,000 square foot home in McAllen with 210 pages of plans.
