I received my new prop this week but cannot get the old one to loosen. I've tried several different wrenches but nothing will budge it.
This is a new motor (250 pro xs 4 stroke) that I've had for 2 weeks.
Any tips?

Breaker bar and socket with a block of wood wedged won’t budge it???
I tried a metal prop wrench and a hammer to jar it loose and it won't budge.

If you get a 2x4 block and wedge it between the prop blade and the cavitation plate, remove the cotter pin (or keeper washer), get either a breaker bar or a nice longish torque wrench, it should come right off.

I wouldn't use a torque wrench for anything except torquing a nut.
Try some penetrating oil overnight then a breaker bar.
