    The display, LINK, and 360 would connect to the Ethernet Switch.

    Yes a disconnect switch to turn it off when not using it.
    Need one for the AS ETH 5PXG also.

    It should stay powered on until you put the cover back on.
    If left uncovered with power off, it can creep out of the stowed position unknowingly.
