Need some input on non-working livewell

This may be a long shot.
This 1993 276 pro of mine had the original pump/ aerator and it was shot.
I installed a new tsunami and ensured the two wires ( brown and black) were connected correctly.
Now, when I turn on the switch, no water goes into the livewell.
I can hear the new aerator pump humming, but no water.
Is there an electrically-controlled valve somewhere downstream, did I get a bad, new pump?
Also, there's an aerator switch on the bow, and two types of aerators on the dash switches.
All of the markings have long since faded away, so I have no idea what position I should be in.
Thanks for ANY help at all!

The first thing is only use console switches or front deck don't mix them.

By your knee should be levers you could have it on recycle. you could fill livewell

    with water.
