Lol, thanks! I’ll take walleye, bass, pike, and musky of course!

I used to be pretty much bass and pike exclusively, but have fanned out to include some others. This is my dream boat, blessed to have it.

I can’t agree more with the space comment. I am just not willing to give up half my floor space for a wheel and shield. Most of the guys I fish with were surprised with my choice to stay with a tiller, but the space, control, and fishability is just too good. To each their own, and they all love their wheels, but I am #tillerlife for life! Lol
This pic is missing my drivers seat in the back (delivery day photo), but pulling 2 of those 3 passenger seats and adding the drivers seat... it’s boarding on an aircraft carrier. Haha!

    Nice looking boat!
FYI- keep an eye on that paper temp tag. Mine lasted for 3 launches.

Love that Tracker! That’s exactly what I was looking at when I saw my boat on CL, my neighbor sent me the link and I got her the next day. It’s an 06 Triton SP185 with a 90 Etec and she is in incredible condition. Been out three times in 2 weeks and she fishes great!

For a shallow water anchor, or you getting automated on the back? Or a stick-it type ? Transom or bow mount? I like the bow mount, as it puts the bow in the wind.

I’m planning on a single Talon or PowerPole. I fish shallow Florida lakes and my last boat was a bay boat with a single 8 foot PP. I never had issues with boat control with just one. If I were bed fishing I could see the need for 2, plus they look great but they’re twice as expensive obviously!!

Im going to keep an eye out locally as I know a few people in the boat world but until I watch and use a Talon in person I’m leaning toward the PP. I do like the idea of no hydraulics and yes ability to take it off though so I won’t decide til Im sure.

    Ranger rt188 Camo/Merc 115 Pro XS CS

Camo Ranger rt188 w/Merc 115 Pro XS CS, Tempest + 24p, Atlas 4" Man Jack Plate, Lowrance HDS-7 Carbon, Minn Kota Riptide iPilot

Purchased this rig today... I couldn't be more excited to get her on the water and get my motor broken in! I am sure that I will follow this post with plenty of questions for other rt188 owners.

The boat is awesome but that motor is just plain sick! That’s motor porn right there!
