    Carpeting lids inside?

Is there any good adhesive out there that will hold up to the elements that can safely be used indoors? Want to redo my carpet before next year and was hoping to get a jump start this winter by doing the lids in the basement. Otherwise are the other adhesives that need ventilation able to be used in temperatures as low as single digits and still cure properly?

For working in your basement. I would use the Henry's outdoor carpet adhesive on the lid tops. Then when they dry , just use Dapp contact cement to finish off the fold over edges and to fit corners. The Henry's goes on with a small notched trowel.

I don't think any carpet adhesive works well at below freezing temps.
