does anyone know where I can find a motor well cap gasket replacement?
I'm hoping a cheap amazon part but have my reservations
see photo below
also, might as well tighten up screw holes. any suggestions?

I made a new one for my R91 using reinforced rubber gasket material from a local hvac supply house.
Picture or product number of the material?

i ended up taking neoprene tape, must have been 1/2"x1/2" adheesive on one side and carefully attaching tape around the outside of the cover. It worked remarkably well. I cut the starting edge with a 45 degree edge and the final edge with the opposite 45 degree so they could overlap. This really only needs to be 1/16-1/8" of an inch thick and it would have been fine. Probably moulding tape would have been perfect.
it cost me $2.00 at the store and i bought twice the amount of tape I needed.

If you have a swimming pool supply store in your area you might check there. The good ones around here carry a bunch of different sized gaskets for all the various sized pool pumps. I found one there years ago that worked for me.
