    Grind bacon with your HB meat. You just have to be careful with flame-ups on a grill. IMO a griddle makes the best burger.

    If you like Bluecheese, you can always do a BC burger with crumbles. It’s a nice change

    Two of the guys got it right. Combine them.
    Mix Bluecheese in with your meat. Roll out into round balls. Cook some bacon and Canadian bacon. Now make smashburgers and add the two bacons on top

    Ive done this and its great. Ive even ground blue cheese into the meat as well.

    Every once in a while when I want something different I mix a little sausage into the meat. I get the hot and spicy sausage so it gives the burger a little kick.

    I add dried onion and the seasoning to 1/2 pound 73/27 patties and smoke them for about an hour to an hour and a half until they reach 165 degrees. They come out awesome every time and a lot of the times I add sauce, cheese and bacon at the end....
