    SuperSpeed Golf Training

For those looking to gain or re-gain lost clubhead speed, I recommend trying the SuperSpeed Golf Training system. Up until my 40th birthday, my clubhead speed with the driver averaged 112-113 with the fastest I ever saw at 121. Well after my 40th I started seeing a decrease in speed, now this coincided with me losing 63lbs, but my average went down to 105-106. I started using the system about 3 weeks ago and I have seen my average creep back up to 109-110 so its working. At last count, over 400 touring professionals were using the system. Its based on over speed training which has been used in sprinting for a longtime. If you are lacking speed or have lost it, I suggest giving it a try.

Most swing speeds for amateurs is less than 100mph, if you swing speed is over 105 you are in the top 20 percent of amateur golfers. Average swing speed of the PGA is 113-115.
