I think you can just withdraw half without penalty, or have your investment advisor split into two without penalty if you want both halves to stay invested in ROTHS.

the split is figured just wondering if I can KEEP a functional roth with my half or if i have to start at ground 0 etc. And if so whats the best route to go with 60k or so for short term say 28 year retirement vs the entire time i would have had the roth.

The QDRO will split up. She will open a Roth and her portion will go into there. Your portion will remain as it was and will remain invested as it was before.
