Going to look at a Triton

Going at lunch to look at an 08 tr 176. Optimax 115. 100 hours on motor. Anything on the boat side I should look for? Boat looks mint, never even had graph upgrades.

It was at a Triton dealer. Took it on the lake. Great holeshot and good ride. They brought the boat and I back to the shop and did a compression check right there in front of me. Easy as it was only 3 cylinders. 125 across the 3. Tech went over everything with me as they had already done a complete inspection on the boat with me. Did the little print out of the hours on the motor. Overall the boat didn't have a mark on it and looked like it had never left the showroom. Luckily a branch of my bank was located right across the street and I had them make out a check yesterday afternoon. Also purchased 2 networked hummingbirds to be installed. Boat should be ready before the weekend. They detail it and perform a full maintenance on the motor. Can't wait!

Sounds like you visited my friends down in Harriman - on both sides of the highway. lol. You and your new rig will be well taken care of. The folks at Bunch are the best in our area. Enjoy your new ride.

Well my son and I broke her in good yesterday. Took it out all day yesterday and caught about 12 pounds. I love the way it fishes and I wish I had switched to motorguide years ago. Bunch Marine was so great to deal with. I didn't tell the wife or son that I bought it so when we went to pick it up Sat it was out front and all cleaned up. My son was like "hey we should go look at that yellow boat". I said yeah go ahead and get in it and see if you like it.. LOL He was ecstatic when we hooked it up to go home.
The boat rides great and looks great in the water. Driving it is very smooth and must get way up on the pad. It has that seat of your pants feel when trimmed up and wide open.
