Marine Tex vs JB Weld Marine Weld Epoxy 8272

I need to fix a very small ding in my hull that is about the size of a screw hole. It is way underneath and is not visible unless you crawl under the boat so I am not concerned about appearance.

I know Marine Tex will work but the JB Weld is available about a mile from me. Anybody know the difference between them?

I'm curious as well. What did you end up using?

I used white Marine Tex. I bought the small size and only mixed up enough for the job by using small mixing spoons to get the correct proportions.
