    Cedar Plank Crappie

Decided to grill some Crappie for dinner, been a while but turned out awesome as usual

Soak cedar planks for an hour
    coat planks with butter
lay Crappie filets across the board and coat them with Olive Oil.
Season with some Mrs Dash and some Old Bay seasoning.
Cover with a light layer of grated Parmesan cheese.
Place on grill for 6 minutes, then rotate and grill for 6 more minutes.
Next add some canned asparagus across the filets and grill for 6 more minutes, then rotate for 6 more minutes and serve.
I also put some seasoned squash and zucchini on the grill about 15 minutes before adding the planks so they were ready at the same time. If you’ve never had it, it’s a must!

Sound good. I need to try something like this with salmon first as I am not a good enough fisherman to catch enough and big enough crappie!
