Honda warranty service sucks!!!! Been waiting since July 19th!
And still no parts or repair. Dealer is pretty fed up as well. This is not what I expected from Honda and if for no other reason than how Honda has handled this, I will never buy another Honda product of any kind, lawnmower, auto or whatever. We traded the Wife's Accord today and I am seriously considering trading my boat and motor once/IF I ever get it back. What good is a warranty if it take 2 months to get motor repaired. This is the worse I've ever seen by any motor company. OK, rant is over for today.....

All the outboard makers are behind right now. I waited on Mercury parts for 3 months. Insurance also slowed things down some too. I’m not ready to ditch Mercury. It is just the state of the current marine world. Sorry for your frustration...
