Ribs and corn in the smoker right now. I have a bunch of chicken to do this weekend.

Going to try a pork shoulder in the new Green Mountain Grill. Did a port tenderloin last weekend that was way better then I ever did in my MES.

Smoking pork butt and grilling corn and bacon wrapped dove breasts with jalapenos and portabellas.
During my pork butt smoke yesterday my MES 130 took a shixt at about hour five. You know how bad that sux when ur halfway through a smoke and you lose your cooker. Called Home Depot and they said they would exchange it if I still had the receipt. So I took it up there and actually upgraded to the bluetooth model

Well I hope everyone had a great weekend and all the food sounds great! I smoked chicken drumsticks Friday night, grilled chicken kabobs Saturday afternoon and did simple hotdogs and hamburgers over charcoal Sunday...
Seasoned my new Bluetooth MES and plan on doing my first smoke in it this afternoon. Baby backs, rubbed em down last night. Going to start em about noon and watch some football
