Vexus Boats Around the plant #2

    https://www.facebook.com/vexusboats/

We’re fortunate to have a strong base of talent, experience, and dedication driving the Vexus™ brand. From our family of independent dealers and reps to the rest of our extraordinary team here in Flippin, we’re proud to share an unparalleled Revolution in quality, performance, and innovation. Reinforcing that personal commitment, it’s been a pleasure to highlight a number of our folks in recent months. As we approach Labor Day weekend, we thought we’d profile even more members of our crew.
Also in observance of Labor Day, our offices will be closed Monday, September 3rd. We’ll be back bright and early on Tuesday, 4th putting our heart and souls into the best aluminum rigs on the water. In the meantime, we’re thankful for all those hard at work this weekend as well as others getting a few well-deserved days off. Wishing everyone a safe and enjoyable Labor Day weekend!

Detail after detail, Danny Whitsel helps keep quality first and foremost.

Cheryl Davenport manages our Human Resources needs while also juggling a host of other responsibilities from insurance to plant safety.

If you've written in on our website email account, it's likely that you've spoken with our National Sales Manager, Ryan Patterson. Like all of our family, he's extremely knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions you may have.

Eric Cunningham at work on our Dense Base™ hull construction and Vector Force™ transom.

Kris Yarbrough and Sandra Sands set up the next programming direction for our plasma cutter.

Craig Dant helps prepare aluminum parts for our custom fabrication process.

Barry Price handles a host of responsibilities from boat shipments to warehousing, shipping/receiving, and special event projects.

Butch Still and James Plant help prep the fiberglass parts for each AVX model.

Tony Sanders is a master welding technician. Like so many others here at Vexus, you'll see his precision craftsmanship on every AVX rig.

Kleighton Stoner measures a part in preparation for welding.

Bobby Wallace helps ensure every finished boat is a mirror match to the order.

All hands are on deck as Mike Collins, Darrin Wilson, and Jeff Chism finish out the details on this rig.

Mendel Hughes manages the books and helps keep us focused on quality and efficiency at every level.

Stehvin Butcher helping ensure that the finish on this console is flawless.

George Liddle running an Apricot Metallic 1980 in our inaugural photo shoot back in February of this year.

How many of these people came over from Ranger....all of them? I have to believe, like other parts of the country, there is a shortage of skilled workers in your area.

I heard at one time , there was 65 VeXus employees and 64 were previous Ranger employees.
Makes a person think what is going on at Ranger if that many people are unhappy.

Management and feeling like you are appreciated goes a long way, at some point it probably didn't feel the same to them, thus follow who made you feel appreciated. Sometimes it's not just about the bottom line, JM needs to figure that out.

It’s nice to see a company put a face/faces to their product! The apricot colored 1980 with the color matched G2 looks great, my favorite.

Need to see a factory tour pic collage that inadvertently displays the new CC in background. :)

There are plenty of ex-Ranger folks in the photos of all of the "around the plant" threads.

Another awesome post, and a great tribute to just a few of the experienced workers that are doing a great job to see every boat is built to the customers satisfaction!
