graphs on console and bow?

Have a center console so is it better to have them mounted on a bracket or flush?
Or is it just what you prefer.

on the console I prefer having it flush mounted because it’s in my line of sight without obstructing my forward view. On the bow, I prefer a bridge bracket over the foot pedal tray. This allows me to tilt the screen for best viewing angle while keeping it out of the way for boat entry. But - it all personal preference and varies with the deck layout.
