I'm going out this weekend, haven't been to any of these lakes in two years due to work being so busy. Anyone got any advice on where to go? Really like to go to Oneida but trying to stay within an hour drive.

Honeoye is a mess. They have that grass cutting machine and there's cut grass all over the lake. All around the docks and and the shoreline. Try Conesus. I was there last week (after I tried Honeoye) and the lake is in good shape. Caught some real nice Bass all over 3 lbs.. I fished the 8'-12' weed line and also the docks. I hope this helps. Tight lines.
We went to Sodus, and did OK, then Oneida, and only got 2. Probably Conesus or Silver this weekend with my son
