    Repairs Belle River public landing

Anyone else notice the "repairs" done at the landing? Several spots have large bolts sticking out where you tie up. They can't be done with this? Anyone have a contact with the levee board to see if this is how it will be left? Can't believe this is finished. I'll post a picture if I can figure out how. Glass guys are gonna be real happy.

Haven't been there in a couple weeks but that don't surprise me. I been writing my state reps. And the governors office about the lack of public landings in this state. And the disrepair of the few we have. It's totally unacceptable with the money generated by the area that has to use these or lack of landings. We need to all send quick communication to theses people squeaky wheel..

That sucks , looks like someone is gonna be having a good day when the sun comes up and the see the scratches all over their boat from tying up that morning in the dark and not seeing all of these bolts sticking out . Maybe it will be a Bullet guy and not a real fisherman !!

They used to have those big black rubrails but the crew boats tore them off.

Launch is run/owned by the Atchafalaya Levee District I think. I have not been back there again, Is it still like that? There is no way they plan to leave it that way.
