    heading sensor question

    AS GPS HS.... Is this the heading sensor that will work with the Helix units? I know its what I have with my older Core unit. Thanks

    Yes, nothing has changed about using that antenna.

    Excuse just wanted to tag on to this thread. Im not a humminbird guy but my fishing buddy is and whenever we are in his boat I have no clue which way we are pointed relative to the waypoint unless we start moving the boat. My boat is rigged Lowrance and has a gps puck called Point 1 which always shows which way your boat is pointed regardless if you are moving or not. My question is will the AS GPS HS achieve the same thing on the bird units?
