There is a lot of factors involved before you should go buying a new prop...
such as, the current running stats and prop...
then we can give u some recommendations...

    Yes I have hydraulic steering.

No I don’t have a hydraulic jack plate it is a manual 10” set back.

biggest thing i have noticed with those year boats, is the factory jack plate is normally set TOO LOW...meaning the prop is too low in the water...this lowers RPMS, reduces hole shot performance and causes it to get extremely wild on top end...
you need to measure the prop to pad...it needs to be 2.5" give or take 1/2"....

i would focus on that first and report back...

Well to answer ur question about a CANT GO WRONG prop for that hull, I’d buy a 25 trophy plus...
it will put u close and then ur gonna want to play with the jack plate...I’d raise till u start losing performance and water pressure

I just think honestly I am running to big of a prop and I can’t turn them like I am suppose to be. I will recheck my prop to pad again and go from there thinks for the advice I really appreciate it.

    i owned a 99 209 with a 225 merc EFI, could turn a 27 trophy 5800 at 76-78...turned a 25p to 6200 which beeped rev limiter and was 78...
