Those seen on mine were within a month of owning! Launching beside others along the Alabama river; they'd back off their trailer and mine would have sand and muck on the bunks. I sent pictures to Tim and the following week I dropped boat off with him (538 miles round trip). They buffed it out and replaced the bunks for me. The week I was without my boat I contacted:Damon Bryngelson
Gatorbak (507~528~9930)

Returned the following week to TN (great folks, cool plant tour, a lot of passion for the product). I couldn’t wait to rip the carpet off Saturday morning. When complete, I struggled with loading a few times and noticing the gatorbak was wearing (leaving long strips of products on bow). But it comes right off boat and a few weeks later this stopped occurring. I suspect it was wearing to my boat and that I had started spraying BTS on trailer before backing into water. I haven’t looked back since. No scratches, no carpet, boat dries while I’m at ramp stowing gear…great product to me.
